It is a twenty first century and it is the United States of America. Providing clean and drinkable water for the customers who pay their dues is not an achievement, it is a required service. I give this company ono star for its customer service that is stuck in a time capsule when pioneers had clean and drinkable water coming strait from unpoluted rivers.
