The manager at this location is awful. Even the government workers in larger cities are nicer and helpful than this woman and she is only an employee of a contracted company.

Don t expect any help from the older women and manager regarding any matter or issue besides the basic license renewal and registration renewal. They will not try to help you find solutions or ask questions when calling for review and basically will tell you they are correct and that is that.

For my situation, I had to call the help desk at the Bureau of Motor Vehicle in Columbus for information to help me with my situation. Went in to this BMV and was told the information I was given by the help desk is incorrect as well as not the number they call for review (which I did not state but just said I called the help desk for information). Finally, after speaking with others who had similar issues, I called the Kenny Road BMV in Columbus and was given a wealth of information ( which I was never told from the Findlay BMV) and instead drove to this branch to complete the task at hand.

The woman who insulted me could not be bothered because she apparently knows everything is who I believe to be the manager (she is the woman who opens the doors in the morning). Also, after she insulted me by telling me the paperwork I brought in is completely wrong ( even thought the help desk in Columbus told me it was correct and was worth giving a shot at the Findlay BMV) and made me feel like a forger of documents (she said she can not tell if my documents are legal to begin with) she must have realized she is in the customer service industry and wanted to act cute and sweet because she told me I was almost there in bringing in the necessary documents (which once again I learned were the right and necessary documents by calling the help desk and not from her nor the Findlay BMV). Really, not having it lady.

I have finally had enough of this BMV and while I might just be one measly person to them since they are the only BMV around Findlay does not give this woman the right to be awful, insulting, degrading and just plain rude. No wonder people hate going to this BMV.

On a side note, the Kenny Road BMV in Columbus has 5 stars with over a hundred reviews and after perusing this BMV can tell you from experience why this particular location is rated 5 stars. Excellent work!
