This place has some stunning views... But I've had better in room amenities at holiday Inn... Better customer service at holiday Inn too.. I showed up here for check in at 4 p.m., and was told that they didn't have any rooms ready. My room has a really cheap old drip machine coffee maker. When I saw the service Personnel servicing other rooms, I asked if they had a better coffee maker, and I was told that they don't. You think that when they charge $1,200 a night for a room, they might be able to afford a better coffee maker. Or that they might even be able to get their rooms clean in time for when a guest shows up in the late afternoon. I'm very disappointed in the service here. This is a Ritz-Carlton for crying out loud. But if you want absolutely stunning views you can certainly see some of the pictures that I took
