Use caution when booking a room at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Jacksonville, FL. Although our stay was not a problem, we were traveling with a large group. One room had bed bugs, another had mites, and one couple that checked in around 1:00 am were given a key to a room that already had people sleeping in it. If given a choice, I would look elsewhere.
