Pamala Lindemann Review of Toyota and Scion of Lompoc

New ownership has a VERY long way to go before it reaches the excellent service we recieved when the old owners still owned Toyota of Lompoc.
I was originally quoted $420 to fix a sensor that was keeping my engine light on and it wouldn't pass the smog so I agreed to have the sensor replaced, but they were unable to remove it from the manifold and now wanted $850 to replace both sensor and manifold.. End price to me the following day without an estimate before hand was $1132 on top of the $175 diagnostic charge...altogether over $1300. Will I return? NEVER.
Fake customers will leave 5 star reports in the near future.BEWARE!!
