AMAZING!!!

AMAZING!!!
Had hip replacement surgery. They do pre-op a few days before surgery. What a great process. You do all the paperwork and blood draws etc.. They go through exactly what to expect. I had a long list of questions and they patiently and fully answered every one. That really helped me lower my stress before surgery.
The waiting room is nice but they were prompt so I did not have to sit there long.
Good communication to my wife thought the process including text messages.
I had to stay overnight. I have have been in the hospital a few times. This was a completely different experience. The nursing staff was amazing. I was comfortable. They managed my pain better than I hoped for.
I know this is hard to believe but the food was really good. Better than room service in most hotels.
The staff all way through takes pride in their work an genuinely care about you
You can feel it and it makes a HUGE difference.
