A most service centred hotel I've visited in Cape Town. The staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful. The guests are treated with great care and appreciation. The standard family room was larger than all other rooms from other hotel groups. The cleanliness of the room surprised us. The hotel has a great Kids activity room and programme. The concierge team are exceptional. All call for any assistance was treated with the treated with the most urgency. The hotel is well located to all near freeways for easy travel to most places to visit. A great holiday destination.
