Skied this morning and neither the triple or Galax...

Skied this morning and neither the triple or Galaxy lift were running. Huge lift lines. No snow on Lower Northstar for intermediates??
They advertise two high speed lifts but it it mystery when they will run the Galaxy quad?
Seems management never leaves their offices to set what is really happening.
