Originally I posted a review that reflected my extreme disappointment regarding communication and follow up from Sandy Springs Ford, and it was truthful and a reasonably fair review based on my experience AT THAT POINT. That said, I think how you handle situations where things go wrong is just as important, if not more important. After all, we're all human and I know that there are plenty of days that I don't perform as well as I should, or I don't live up to the standards I have for myself. That being said, Sandy Springs Ford TURNED IT AROUND COMPLETELY. I could not be happier. I was contacted by Steve (GM) after he heard about my experience and he was very apologetic and sincere, and got answers to questions I had. That convinced me to go ahead and make the short drive from Roswell. Once I arrived, they checked out my trade while Al got me into the truck I was considering for a test drive. Everyone was professional, and more importantly to me - sincere. In the end, I got a wonderful deal and am quite pleased with my new truck. I will look to Sandy Springs Ford again and highly recommend them. I'd also point out to take online communications with a grain of salt - it's easy to misunderstand someone's tone or read into something. If there's something you want and the price is right, stop in! Great values on trade-in's, too. You'd honestly be surprised!
