Ray Of Light is a beautiful space that inspires and calms as soon you you enter. I have been practicing yoga with Rachel for about 10 years now, her genuine love for yoga and Ayurveda shines through her classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training. I feel incredibly honoured to be teaching with Rachel on her level 1 yoga teacher training program, the first in the Illawarra. It's a wonderful experience to be a part of, to be with students as they grow and learn so much about themselves and yoga over the duration of the course. This training is unique to all other trainings that I have experienced owing to the retreat-like nurturing environment that is created by Rachel and her team.
