This was my first time to stay here and I was not impressed at all! I know we're dealing with COVID but I guess I expected a little more from this place. First off when we arrived in our room there was a cockroach right by the door. Then we had spiders in our room. The walls/doors are paper thin, we heard peoples conversations when they walked by our door. The food and service at I think was the Rio Grande Lounge was really good, though we took our food to our room. The Santa Ana Cafe was not the best, very poor service, the food was just ok.
