I am located overseas - Middle Europe. I have terrible experiences with Lenovo laptop. It was almost 1200,- USD laptop and top cover crack after few weeks. (I have very good bad for it). After few months, after some MS update, it stopped working. I took it to the store, they refuse warranty (crack cover) and asked me if I want to repair it. Of course I need my laptop, as a bookeeper I rely on it. It was August 27th. 2014. Now on December 8th., after several emails, I got another useles answer - another 14 days to get some part!!!! Never ever buy LENOVO! PLEASE BE AWARE. And from these reviews looks to me it is the same worldwide. I was ready to send a report to NC headquarter, but looks to me like wasting my time, if I read these reviews.
