Good Day, i did an application online & an agent phoned me to say everything is in order. Today another agent phoned to say my contract still needs to be discussed telephonically! Whats the use of an online application and why was I told everything is in order after the necesserary documentation was provided? Bad customer service. I feel like cancelling...
