Terrible Service!!!!Appointments don't matter or mean anything. I've been going to the dealership for the last eight years and service has always been great. Now, ever since the ownership change, the service isn't the same. Customer service has been rude several times when I have called and service area is terrible! Earlier in the week I made an appointment for a oil and lube service. When I arrived they said it would be a 3 hour wait. What!!! Three hours wait with an appointment, for a standard service. That's crazy. So left and went to another company to have my service done. They heard the same story form another person earlier in the week about them also having a 3 hour wait. You just lost a loyal customer and will be taking my business elsewhere!
