Positive= I'd given a 5star being that all guidelines were in place per COVID19. Environmental Services is on point. As a former director in the hospitality industry, I tend to look for detail. Kuddos to your team.
Negative= the slots could have been more clean. At times they were dirty from spilt ashtrays, beverages and food. I never saw anyone manning and sanitizing the machines. But overall I didn't feel threatened by the pandemic.
