Customer service is non existent. Prices are overinflated to the point of unreasonable.
I went into check I a helmet. Saw a 400$ price difference online. Sales rep said would price match. But then had manager involved to review :
First excuse to not match , well that is. USD. Nope this is in Canadian prices
Second excuse ; well there shipping , nope free shipping to Canada
Well it won t be DOT rated from online , incorrect. All shuberth helmets come DOT rated
Then was told. That a great deal I should buy I online

Unfriendly staff. Overpriced

I would never want to deal with them when came to any sort of warranty issues.

My money will never be spent in there again
