Review of Cars on 21

This dealership has a beautiful selection of cars ...

This dealership has a beautiful selection of cars and some pretty good deals if you shop online first. But as for the service it seems a bit lackluster. Dont get me wrong, some of the staff like the supervisor we met and the manager.. seemed friendly enough.Everything was fine at first, we walked in knowing exactly what we wanted but the salesman didn't really seem to take too much interest. He walked away from us often stating he just wanted to give us time to take our time. ..which is fine I guess. But it was the actual transaction that dragged this review down to where it is. The dealer seemed to completely lose all interest when we did not want to finance but wanted to pay in cash. the initial smiles disappeared and he seemed half interested. My father pointed out that the light was coming on for low tire pressure. He said they would fix it and wash the car...the car still had some dirty spots when they brought it back out to us and the low pressure light came on again the next day indicating to us that they only put air and did not check if there was a leak......But I digress.....The salesman (Eric) did not really take the time to go over what all the fees where that we were being charged. It was never clear how much we had to pay. Even when we went and got the check we ended up over paying by 30 dollars and he didn't even give it back. We told the supervisor who said we would put it in gas.....but we received the vehicle on less than a quarter tank of gas. We spent almost 4 hours in this dealership and when receiving the car it didn't even have the manual. He printed out the car fax but wouldn't even let me keep it. he just kept taking it back from me. The icing on the cake was this, Eric told us that we would not receive the second key for the car unless we wrote a testimonial. I thought he was kidding until i realized that no one was giving me the key. He showed me a desk where i could write a testimonial I sat a types a few lines of bs just to get it done, and then when i showed that i was done and had printed it the girl at the front desk finally came and gave me the key....you have got to be kidding me. Imagine I came from so far to purchase something that is so expensive and you are telling me I cant have the keys to MY car that I just PURCHASED with MY money. That is not remotely humerus. I have bought cars in Jersey before. The stress over the fees and taxes have never been like this everything was clear cut and straight to the point. The supervisor came over and explained some things to us which was helpful but Its like when ever we looked around the salesman had another fee to add. and made sure he pointed out to us that the dealership was only breaking even on the car and that they weren't making anything much back....what would you be telling us that for? 1. Are we supposed to be idiots? and 2.even if that was true...how is that the customer's business? He didn't even came and see if everything was ok when they brought the car out.. wow.... its like you couldn't wait for us to leave. My parents did not like this at all. Its really a shame. the cars there look really nice but I don't know if I will be doing or sending anymore business there.
