When I was shopping for my next car last year, I came to South Pointe Lexus to look at the GS and IS, when I was inquiring about the IS getting a new face lift for MY17, the sales person was arguing with me that no such thing exist.. even thou it was announced and all over the internet for over a month. Very unprofessional and lacking product knowledge.

End up buying my car at the other local Lexus dealer.
