Here are the issues that took place at a so called "5 STAR" hotel.

- Upon checking in, no one even acknowledged 3 people standing by saying we will be with you. Rather they finished what they were doing, went to the back and then came back on. If you need to verify that, it took place around 7 PM last Monday.
- At night, I asked the front desk what are options to eat in the hotel, he said the restaurant next door. I went to the restaurant and they said they were closed, but the one next door is open. Shouldn't the front desk know what time the restaurant closes?
- Next day, they said the coffee place opens at 6 am and the restaurant opens at 6:30 am. I went down at 6:30 am and waiting and someone had to call the restaurant to have the open since it was pass 6:30 am. There were 2 of us waiting. When we walked in, the hostess didn't even say good morning, so I said good morning and she did not respond. I then leaned forward and said good morning louder before she responded.
- Same day I went to the front desk to ask for a change for $20 so I can tip the valley and she couldn't be bothered and said she doesn't have change. When I asked where can I get change from, she said she is not sure.
- That evening I grabbed coffee and wanted to go hang out by the pool area. I used the room key to get in the elevator and by the time I got to the pool area, the card wasn't working. So I called the front desk so see if they can send someone to look at the door because the card is working with the room and the elevator, she said no I need to go tot he front desk so she can reset the card. I explained again there is nothing wrong with the card since I just used it. She couldn't send anyone up. I asked for a manager and his excuse for what she said was worst than her excuse. For security reasons they can't let anyone to the pool area if they are at staying at the hotel. Well how does anyone get to the 4th floor without a card since all elevators requires a card to operate.
- Finally the check out process was as bad as the check in.

Everyone is apologizing and no one is helping to change the experience.
