WORST COMPANY EVER. If I could have left 0 stars that would have been more fitting. Couldn t fit my item ordered as fitters said would not comply with building regs (wasn t clear on Website when ordering however) and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund to be PROCESSED. Excuse - we haven t collected the item from the fitter yet but usually there everyday. And I am still waiting for a call back from the manager on the matter 5 days ago where I was told the item would be collected as soon as possible!! Excellent work - at this rate I will have to drive up, collect item, return to Marks - and then wait another week for the funds to clear If they can manage a refund that day. My advice - avoid at all costs!!
