The rooms are pretty nice. The service is pretty bad. I reserved a king bed for two guests online. When I arrived to the hotel they tried giving me 2 doubles. I politely said, there must be a misunderstanding, I reserved a king bed. They tried to tell me I was wrong and they don't reserve bedding. When I showed them my online confirmation, thing got awkward... Long story short, I would let up and they ended up overriding someone else's king reservation to put me in... I felt bad for that guy. They also tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by giving me the room I reserved, which I thought was just weird.
