I had a minor set back w my scooter and I had to call Apple Scooter back for another one. An employee named Gee (2nd shift) came out and he was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail and waited with me to make sure I knew exactly how to work the newer model. No complaints to be given. Awesome company, workers and scooters.
