Love my 2015 Kia Optima LX, great sales team, very friendly. Unfortunately when I sat with the Finance person he talked me into the maintenance package which was around $800.00. That was fine because he told me that I would receive free oil changes and tire rotations for the duration of my 42 month lease. I was amazed by this great offer and left there very happy. Then 3 months went by and came my first oil change.. This is where everything went downhill.. First the guy behind the counter who didn't even bother standing up just says ok $39.95. I said I have a service agreement with you, he says ok let me check... He comes back and says ok $19.95.. I said what? I said the finance guy told me it would be free for the duration of my lease, the guy behind the counter said they don't offer that and that I should go home and look at my contract because they couldn't locate mine. I went home and was appalled because the only thing the contract says is that I have an agreement but doesn't state anything I would receive from Kia.. After a month of calling them and the Kia headquarters I ended up disputing the transaction with American Express and won the dispute.

Be very wary of any contracts you sign with Kia and I also recommend using a credit card just incase something similar happens to you.

I would rate this 1 star but I really did enjoy the sales process prior to sitting with the finance manager.

I heard they have a new manager but the manager that was there was a really great guy, he even made sure my oil change was free that first time I went there.

I really do love my Kia and hope that I can continue to lease my future cars with them, I will just make sure to really review all my contracts with caution going forward.

UPDATED*** After writing this post the manager sent me an email personally resolving all my issues with Kia, after his support and the support of the service department I do take back all the negativity that was done a few years ago with the old staff and management.
