I been in the Apartment Industry for 10 Years 4 with WP.
I'm a Maintenance Supervisor Working in the Austin Region. I came into the team a month after WP Landed in Austin Texas .

That's why I love WP They are not just a Management Company They also Own Each and Everyone of Their Properties . So They are going to Take Care The Residents,They are Going to Take care The Employees and Of Course They are Going to Take care The Community(They are not cutting corners to save money they are fully invested). in The 4 years I been Here I have met some Amazing People I have been Part of Acquisitions,Help with training, Some of my Techs have moved up with the company because they like to promote if your the right candidate. Pay is GOOD Benefits are GOOD . They are a Well Structure Company. Great Leadership from The Managers, Regional Director ,Corporate its like a Big Family Working Together for Better and Greater Things( Each individual on its Role )
At least that has been My Experiences I couldn't be more happy.
