My experience began in the service department. The receptionist, Kelsey Quinn, met me at the car and greeted me with a smile and helped me immediately. She was able to connect me with a salesman after I had received a phone call about possibly reducing the payments on my current vehicle. Kelsey was able to connect me with Michael Blackwell. He was very honest about my situation. He did the necessary leg work and paper work to help me make sound financial decisions. Based on the information he provided, I traded for a Kia Optima. Michael Blackwell was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't scared of my driving (and insisted that I must drive it even though I was confident that the "shoe" would fit perfectly)! He has followed up with me to make sure everything has been fine with the vehicle. Not only did I make a great trade, I made lots of friends!
