Purchased THREE new business computers from these ...

Purchased THREE new business computers from these guys 3 months ago (aprox), and our computers are STILL not operating like new computers - even after MULTIPLE visits to "fix" the problems. We were promised on NUMEROUS occasions for a network card to be replaced in one of the units, and STILL don't have it replaced. Computers were picked up from here, after we purchased them, to be taken back for repair (on a new computer, might I add), only to be returned back to us, wiped clean with NONE of our saved work or programs, and some programs cannot even be re-installed now.
I respect the business, and personal morals that I am aware of with the owner, but I do not recommend the services to anyone, based on my experience.
