One of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had...

One of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had, the lack of training and customer service is mind boggling, from the food and beverage staff and management to the front office management. I have worked at Hilton hotels, this particular location, does not operate to Hilton brands standards. If you are looking to get an experience according to the rate of the room, it will no happen here. We were discriminated by several staff members and treated as criminals when we were paying guests and looking to enjoy one night out as a family, we felt humiliated without a reason. It was embarrassing to say the least.
