I was very dissatisfied with the way that they operate. After adopting a dog from here we decided that the dog wasn't right for us. I understand that there is a no refund policy, which isn't a big deal, but the way the staff handled the surrender of the animal left me in awe. As well as requesting an additional donation for surrendering the animal, when 2 days prior we had just donated $140 and we were only surrendering the animal to do what was right for it. Needless to say we will no longer be doing business with this society, they need to seriously look into retraining and or replacing a lot of their staff members.
