I test drove six different makes and models of vehicles, prior to returning to Plaza Ford, at which time I test drove a Ford Escape XLT. My dad and I were treated with great respect and professionalism from the first time we walked into the showroom, until the last minute the final deal was accomplished in the finance department. I would recommend anyone go to Plaza Ford in Bel Air, as it is truly a family run business and everyone is very welcoming.
