I called back in November to get my debt cleared up and paid 100% in full and made arrangements with the rep (even increased my final payment to cover the extra fees) and it was all cleared and completed at 100%. They never closed my account and today withdrew fees from my bank without any prior notice. Called to get this cleared up and was informed the Rep I spoke with had an oversight and I owed more money. They didn't even work with me on it, reverse the payment, ect.- I just had to take a loss today that I was never even informed I owed! Customer service is a joke.

Update/ Called the 1-800 listed in the reply: I attempted to call and the Rep stated they can not reverse the unauthorized charge and that if it clears then my account will then be "settled". I don't understand this new charge you are claiming I owe and I do not understand why I was never notified of the additional fee after my account was zeroed out back in 11/2020. Also, if I did owe a fee why was I never reached out to about the fee and how can you just go in two months later and request $181.00 from my bank account without my permission? I would appreciate a call from someone who can actually listen to and address my concern with the way you screwed me over today.
