Took my vehicle in for oil change yesterday. They noted a few issues like filter and break fluid. They also stated one of my tiny lights for back license plate was not working even when they replaced bulb. They were willing to explore why for $150 diagnostic fee. I told them that was ok and we would look into it on our own. Lance, the service rep was nice and courteous. I was in and out within 2 hours with a washed vehicle.

Took my vehicle back to person who did repairs on backend last year after someone hit me. I did not think this had anything to do with the bulbs but trust his work. He pointed out that the covers for both lights were missing. Additionally, they did not put back the non working bulb leaving the receptor open to the elements. They were not missing when I took the vehicle into Keating. How did my car pass the inspection I also had them do with missing bulb and missing covers?

I call Keating customer service and it rang multiple times. Just as I was going to hang up a lady answers and asks if I could hold, I said yes and she hung up the line rather than put on hold.
I called back and went to operator and explained problem. She said she would walk over and make sure my call was answered. It was answered but went straight to voicemail. I left a message explaining the problems, my unhappiness and asked for a call back.

Three and 1/2 hours later no call back. I reach someone in customer service. Supervisor is at lunch. I tell him the issue, he places me on hold and then comes back to say just bring it in and we will get them replaced . I said it does not even sound like you have them and I would like my husband to pick them up in his way home rather than me driving 30 Minutes. He said he would need to track them down and give me a call back in 10 minutes.

Just got a call from Lance and he will call me back in 20 minutes. This service center needs to step up their service really quick.
