Incompetent would be the nice way to describe this management company.

In April informed them that someone had damaged the security door of the building and also had removed the wiring that connects the intercom (why you would have the wire not encased is beyond me). To date, and we are now in October, nothing has been done.

The stairs were also damaged by someone and no repair has been made. They pass the buck to someone who is apparently always out or busy and basically have no interest in performing their service.

Having seen other reviews on Yell of this company which are all 1 star it is pretty amazing they are in business and haven't been sued.
