No stars for this company ... never been treated so badly. Customer-unfriendly, rude and very blunt!
We came here with a big wish list, 2 x stair renovation, 3 floors of new wooden floor and all the wood for the garden, such as fences and a beautiful canopy.
We were received very unfriendly, the first reaction was laminate we do not do for the stairs (we have not even asked the question) fine, indicated that we want to go so and so for oak, but madam found it very difficult to our advice give over the floor.
When I asked again which floor she could advise, the employee even raised a little dr voice and remained very blunt!
Perhaps it is useful for your employees to know that not everyone who comes in understands the products and just wants to be helped friendly! We just wanted advice and if it can also be treated normally!
We prefer to spend our money somewhere else!
