I had this company for fifteen years their service as far as monitoring is awesome however when you need service the tech they use is not only lazy but very unprofessional I was cancelled because owner took employee side when I complained about workmanship. And I pleaded with them not to cancel me, but it seems there was no compassion for the customer who became frustrated with a technician who didn't want to make the effort to update my system because of the difficulty involved I was very sad that the owner took it upon himself to judge me in such a harsh manner. Well so be it I moved to Fort Knox Security not as cheap as smith Thompson, but you get what you pay for!!!!!!!!!
