It is a large store that I find very illogical and that many products are difficult to find. The staff at the checkout is very slow while there are usually a lot of checkouts open. I have already paid twice with a gift card with 100 on it and both times I only went for 24 shopping and after that she did not want to give me back a gift card because there would be nothing on it anymore to convince them that there is still enough on it and I want my card back! The remaining amount even ate simply on the receipt. So please better instruct the staff on how a gift card works.
