Terrible customer service, rude staff, not explana...

Terrible customer service, rude staff, not explanation given by the staff for an overcharge of 7 for the ticket ( 48 for two people!). Garden shut earlier because of an extra event in the night, so we had to leave at 5.30 and pay another 28 each for going back to the gardens at 8 pm.
A lovely historical place destroid by a terrible management.
