Did an outstanding job on Saturday by helping me with the Emblem that was missing from my hood. He worked hard to arrange the emblem to be put on within a short period of time.
I was initially told by someone at BMW that all I had to do was come in and it could be done within 10 minutes so I asked if I needed an appointment . I was told that wasn t necessary just come in and it can be done in 10min.I asked if I could come in on Saturday around 1pm. They said ok . So when I arrived I was told I needed an appointment for that. I was disappointed . And spoke to Mathew about my dilemma. I told him I had driven from Atherton a long way from BMW of Mountain View and would now have to Make an appointment and drive back another day.
Mathew took care of me and I appreciate his determination and leadership.
