Customer Service is poor. My refrigerator was delivered damaged. I called customer service who had me call the manufacturer for them to review the damage first. Whirlpool wanted me to take a day off work so they could send someone out to look at it. I m not able to do that, being a single parent, especially an 8 hour window. When I explained this, they wanted to send me parts to replace broken pieces. This was a brand new , $1500 purchase. I went back to Colders and am pursuing an exchange. This was a slow process as I had to leave several messages with the sales person and customer service. It s over a month and I m waiting for the ex change. I don t recommend Colders purely because of customer service.
