We specifically chose Shavitz to fix our furnace because of their COVID-19 page on their website that detailed all the precautionary measures they take. The woman I spoke to on the phone was up front about the service charge for diagnosing the issue and Niall, the tech who came to our house, was up front about the cost of what was thankfully just some maintenance work. Niall was courteous and professional. Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and called to make sure it was okay to start early. He wore a mask and gloves for the entire time he was in our house, which was greatly appreciated during a pandemic. He explained everything he was doing and even made me aware of a few other issues with our system like our UV bulb being burnt out. He didn t try to oversell us on anything and did a great job. I definitely will call Shavitz again.
