I don't know what happened to this place. We had used them for years. They used to always do a real good job. But this place has taken a nose dive. We recently took my daughter's laptop in to be worked on. They were slow, which is ok. But lying to us and doing exceptionally poor work is not. Sad to say, but avoid this place.
