Let me start by commending the sales team, amazing service and knowledge. Great car buying experience.

That being said, the service department has repeatedly given me the worst customer service imaginable. Just try and call to schedule an appointment and you'll understand what I am talking about. I have never been able to talk to anyone in service they are always "with a customer". I leave my number for them to return my call, but they never do. Finally got an appointment, was double charged for services, and my hood was scratched. Service representative was not knowledgeable nor competent. Will not be returning for service.

I would not recommend Crosby based solely on the poor service of the service department, the sales staff were excellent during my visit. Buyer beware, eventually that nice new car will need service, and you will also be stuck with sub-par service.
