They support Scammers. I bought something on a website in which they use Paypal to collect the funds. Kinastee.com was found to be a known scam site which takes funds through Paypal and gives fake Tracking numbers. If you file a Dispute through Paypal they side with the Scammer cause they provided a fake Tracking number. It takes days on the phone waiting on hold to try to resolve this issue and Paypal does not work with you at all. Don't support Paypal as they fund Scammers and don't protect your funds.
