Avoid this business!!! Dirty mattresses never replaced, broken internet, broken dishwasher, broken microwave, broken air-conditioning, broken shower, and long wait when some things did get fixed. Some things in the apartment never got fixed.

Internet bill not getting paid on time; you have to remind the Zuma office to pay the bill or it won t get paid.

Zuma personnel screwed up on the contract paperwork and added parking into the total cost and later told me I wasn't paying parking; I then had to pay for parking again on top of the already overpriced rent cost.
