Amazing resort! So much to see and do! Service from the reservation staff and accommodations is so so. As a family, we were supposed to be together in the same building and we're instead placed in different buildings on opposite sides of the property. Reservations were made almost a year in advance and yet they supposedly had no vacancy. They were rather unapologetic and defensive about the error. Prices are also very expensive. As one would expect at a resort of this caliber. That being said, it is still a gorgeous place to stay and the amenities are incredible.
