Loved this place. Unfortunately the management has amnesia. Our school has been coming there for events for YEARS and every year its a huge hassle making arrangements. We email or call months in advance and on the day of they always act as if they had no idea we would be there and that we are an inconvenience. This last time they changed the prices the week before we got there and then refused to honor the price they gave us in writing months before. We have a very clean respectful group of young families and have never had any issues and yet we always are made to feel unwelcome when we come out. I just don't understand it. If we had a rowdy group that destroyed the plants or left a huge mess I could understand but we bring in business to you guys every year and cart off our own trash. Its sad because it was our most popular family connect event but honestly no one wants to organize it anymore.
