Hotel was beautiful. Food was great. Location was good. Only draw back was the pool area did not offer enough umbrellas and when we voiced a complaint at the main desk we were referred back to pool supervisor who said they could do nothing about it. Poor handling of guests.
5 star for room. 1 star for pool area with used towels left all over the place.
