I have been dealing with Stephen Hattersley and his colleague Amy since my motorbike accident on 6th December 2011. I have nothing but praise for the way I have been dealt with all the way through to final settlement. I found Stephen very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was always able to get hold of Stephen or Amy either by phone or email. If I was unable to get in touch I would get a call back in a very timely manner. I never felt at any time that anything was too much. I got regular updates letting me know the current status and also any appointments etc I needed to attend in relation to my claim.

I really cannot recommend them any higher!!
