We stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were a breeze.
Via Sofia (the restaurant) was SO good. We enjoyed a few cocktails, breakfast and dinner. Wish we could have tried more from their menu.
The room was clean and the bed was not the best, on the firmer side for sure but still we slept good.
Husband says the only complaint is the heat in the lobby was beyond excessive on what was a fairly warm winter day.
I started receiving informational texts as soon as our flight landed and didn't know they were from the hotel until hours later when a "welcome" text arrived... that system could be improved.
