I stayed at the hotel for only 5 hours on layover on the night of February 2, same day as my birthday actually. And the night front desk agent was very rude and unprofessional with her job, she gave me attitude when check-in at 1130 at night. Then agin when I check out at 5 am she was very rude with me. Made the stay horrible, then charge me the incorrect price for stay out of spite...
