I was cut down without internet for 4 days & stomp...

I was cut down without internet for 4 days & stomper service was sending me around. As a person work from home loss due to this poor net work was huge. I couldn t communicate with my clients during this period & Dialog came to rescue. 4-5 times I have spoke to customer care & they were not supportive, disconnecting line several times to avoid me, without cross checking they closed my complains. I faced the most poor service ever. Technical people crying that they can t help on this as it s island wide break down. I think kanaka bell management is becoming weak. That is why staff act like this. I have sent 3 Emails & still waiting for feedback from them. I strongly suggest not to go for this network who is not taking care of their customers. Hope some one will contact me to discuss my experience.
